Swift meniscus surgery amazes Canadian patient at Yichang hospital

A 66-year-old Canadian man has appreciated the efficiency of China's medical system, after under going meniscus surgery at the Second People's Hospital of Yichang. Facing prolonged waiting lists for the procedure in Canada, he chose treatment in China while visiting his wife's hometown. The 90-minute procedure enabled him to walk within six hours post-surgery, and he was discharged after only four days.
