Wudang Mountain is free of tickets for eight consecutive weeks!

The International Wudang Taichi Cultural Festival is being held in Shiyan City from October 22 to 28, 2025.To sustain the festival's momentum and amplify its cultural impact, the Wudang Mountain Scenic Area will launch the "Weekly Free Ticket Benefit Program" from November 1 to December 31, 2025.Nearly 10,000 free tickets will be distributed to global tourists over eight consecutive weeks.

Specific Activity Details

The Wudang Mountain Scenic Area will roll out discounted packages at varying prices alongside corresponding free tickets each day of the week. The daily arrangements are as follows:

Every Monday ("Free Entrance Ticket Day"): 1,000 free entrance tickets (including main entrance ticket, Golden Summit, and Zixiao Palace; valued at RMB 164 per ticket) will be distributed;

Every Tuesday ("Free Shuttle Bus Ticket Day"): 1,000 free shuttle bus tickets (valued at RMB 90 per ticket) will be offered;

Every Wednesday ("Free Cable Car Ticket Day"): 5,000 free cable car tickets (round trip; valued at RMB 150 per ticket) will be provided.

Welfare Activity Rules：

Free tickets for Monday and Tuesday must be reserved via the "武当山智慧旅游" official WeChat mini-program, or through platforms such as Ctrip, Meituan, and Douyin. Reservations for the following Monday and Tuesday open every Friday at 7:00 PM.

Cableway free tickets for Wednesday are processed on-site. Visitors must go to the cableway ticket hall on the activity day to apply, following the "first-come, first-served" principle. The offer is limited to 5,000 complimentary tickets and ends once fully claimed.

After successful reservation, corresponding fees for shuttle tickets or entrance tickets must be paid. Reservations cannot be rescheduled or transferred to others. If cancellation is required, it must be requested by the day before the visit date; refunds are not available on the visit day.
