Wuhan New Year's Eve Light and Shadow Show: Reservation channel is now open!

From December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026, Wuhan City will host the "Hello, 2026 Jianghan Customs House New Year's Eve Light & Shadow Show" at Jianghan Customs House. The reservation channel for the event is now open. Residents planning to attend are kindly requested to scan the official QR code in advance to complete their reservation.

✅ Reservation Process

1.Scan the official QR code via WeChat to enter the reservation system homepage. Click the "Book Now" button at the bottom-left corner of the page to access the reservation interface.

2.Accurately fill in your name, valid ID number, phone number, and preferred entry time slot. To reserve for accompanying persons, click "Add Accompanying Person(s)" (up to 3 people) and enter their names and valid ID numbers one by one.

3.Double-check all entered information, then click "Confirm Reservation" to submit.

4.Upon successful reservation, the system will generate an electronic reservation voucher with a QR code. Return to the homepage and click the "Show Reservation Code" button to view it. This voucher must be presented for entry on the event day—please keep it securely.

✅ Important Reminders

1.Each ID is limited to one reservation. If your itinerary changes, you may apply to cancel the reservation.
2.Reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.
3.On the activity day, you must bring the electronic reservation voucher and enter in the reserved time slot orderly. Please actively present the electronic reservation voucher at the "QR Code Scanning Point", which is located at the intersections of Dongting Street with Shanghai Road, Nanjing Road, and Qingdao Road, as well as the water horse barrier entrance at the intersections of Qingdao Road, Tianjin Road, and Yanjiang Avenue (all marked on the traffic guide map).
4.When entering with the QR code, to avoid congestion, it is recommended to open the reservation QR code in advance and follow the guidance of on-site staff to enter the designated area in an orderly manner.
5.Both reservation and entry are free of charge.
